Application Instructions
- Before application, remove all the dust, dirt, rust & iron oxide particles, use a wire brush
- Mix uniformly.
- Use a brush for application, or dip the rods in chemicals
- Treatment should be done after cutting and bending
- Uncoated spots should be brushed immediately.
- A small batched slurry should be made.
- Allow drying for 8-12 hours, and treated bars to be handled after 8- 10 hours. Stack with care.
Storage: Store in air air-tight container, away from heat and sunlight.
Dosage: 1Kg cement to be mixed with 600 ml of corrosion inhibitor solution thoroughly
Shelf Life: Best for use for 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
Packing: Available in 50 kg cans & 200 kg barrels
