MAXCARE Wall Putty forms a strong protective base and can effectively bond with base plaster even if the surface is damp. It works by filling up the tiny and small-sized pores in the ceilings and walls. This helps to achieve a truly smooth and an ideal surface for painting. MAXCARE Wall Putty is made to protect wall paint against flaking.
